If you choose to be affiliated with England Athletics, your personal data will be shared with England Athletics. England Athletics will process your data in line with its own Privacy Policy.

This is required to provide you with competition eligibility, rankings and insurance cover.

Your data is stored securely using systems managed by the Club and trusted third-party providers, including MemberMojo for membership management.

Access is restricted to authorised Committee members and limited to what is necessary for their role.

• England Athletics, for affiliated members
• Event organisers where required for race entry
